Saw my old shop truck today....

For the first time since I sold it. I almost wanted it back. The truck is still lowered with my home made wide white walls on it but its now canary yellow, with yellow and white interior. The seat was redone pleated white and yellow, the dash is white same as the steering column and the door panels but the rest is yellow. It actually looks pretty good but it still needed alot of body work before it was painted but they did it anyway. Its sitting on a car lot here in town forsale. I think the guy is wanting something like 3 grand for it. It still has my 292 six in it with a 4speed manual tranny. If it wasn't so damn low geared I might would try to get it back but I need something that can do 70 pretty easy.

Now I kinda wish I hadn't sold it. Oh well...

What year/make is it? I just put a 3.08 geared rearend from a Caprice in my '59 Chvey/GMC and I can now do 70 with out fail on the highway, though I think soemthing mid 3's would have been a little better for pickup... Easy swap and the right width....

Should be about the same, a rear end swap in no big deal...
