can you decode this 348/409?

A friend of mine has what he thinks is a 348. Hed like to know the year and what it was in, and if it is for sure a 348. The number that is in front of the head= T0204H and the rear block casting # is 3755011. Please help if you can.

passenger side dipstick means it is a 409, or has a 409 oil pan, i think it is. www.mortec.com (http://www.mortec.com) ought to tell you for sure.
