I got hit hard while sitting in my PU at a stop light last Sept. by an "impaired driver." He was doing a little over 50 when he hit me. I am out of it for a while....sold my PU and trailer and go to the races as a spectator when my health will let me. I am just going to hold on to the car I have under construction now and sell off everything else. I try to spectate at our local track for a few hours when I feel up to it...watch my gasser buddies having fun. Zilla.

I know the feeling....
I had similar thing 2 1/2 years ago. I was sitting still waiting to make a left across 2 lanes of a 4 lane road in my 86 Lincoln Towncar. A 19 year old girl in mommies Olds Omega knocked me across both lanes and all the way onto the shoulder. Because she was on her cell phone and not paying attentin.

Took well over a year but I am mostly back from it.
