I am no expert but could be your internet line in or computer does not have enough capacity to load stuff.
My computer is a few years old and I am on a dial up connection and the HAMB has always been slow for me, but I can post, just can not attach photo's which is a little frustrating.

I've been trying to update the 35 build up to no avail, I can't even edit my posts, keeps logging me out, apparently I can make new posts though, WTF???
