Jimmy hasn't slept in a while, but the boy is healthy and Carrie is fine.
He called from the hospital and sounded TIRED...

Figured i would spread the word..

Thanks you guys! Carrie and I are really excited! We had the little guy here at the ranch, and let me tell you, what a great choice it was to chose a midwife over a hospital. He is so cool, and Carrie and I were actually laughing most the time. He has blond hair and blue eyes and my nose. If you know what I look like, I can hear you laughing over here http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif. I figure he'll be at the ranch run to greet everyone .

If I can con Carrie to waddle over here I'll post a couple pics...........

Congrats Holmes,,Its truly amazing how kids change you. If your tired now,,wait. Get whatever rest you can..My lil' guy is 4 months old now and changing everyday,,there amazing! Enjoy the moments with him.

Congrats!

I would have been scared as hell to have a midwife. As it turned out, we needed an emergency C-section. (I asked if a channel went with the sectioning, but the doc didn't know what I was talking about.)

I'm really happy for you guys.

Carrie and Samual at 15 seconds old........

Yes, he was blue due to a stuck sholder, and twisted cord, but he's all pink now.........

I feel for ya brutha...my boy got stuck and they thought they were gonna hafta break his shoulder to get him out. Glad everyone is OK.
