3t cab masurements

can some one give me some measurements on a 3ton 41-47 ford cab - i've heard two diff stories some say they are the same as the 1/2tonners while others say there bigger -

if they are bigger i should still be able to use bits and pieces for patch panels shouldn't i?

I say the cabs are the same, but I don't have any measurements to back it up.
