I dont know how to post multiple pics, so I posted them and some of the particulars all at the attached link

Looks great!

The headlights were given to me . The guy gave me four. The lower half of each headlight sat on the ground and rusted away. I spliced the good halves of all four lights together to get 2 good ones.

That part cracked me up! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
What did the frame horns look like before you replaced them?
I dont have a picture of them, but the frame horns originally turned OUT to hold shackles for the two leaf springs on the old front end. It really looked crappy with the fenders off so I decided to try making new front horns.
Grinding down all the welds to make it look natural really sucked. I was spitting up steel shavings for a couple of days... I wear a mask now. Probably too late.

Are the front spring ends lower than the scrub line?
They clear the scrub line by just abot 3/4 of an inch. If the wheel lip breaks during a blowout I think I'm in trouble. I've considered larger front rims, but I just love those old Fentons...
