With in the past year I think.
It was in the last few years, this century anyway...

are you talking about the article with the great Chuck Jordan renderings?
hell if I know.
It's got a series of early styling developments fromGM before they even built the '55 second series.
I'm not totally sure it was R&C but I'm 99% sure...

I know the one you're talking about, but I can't say when it was.....I'll keep an eye peeled however, painful as that can be. it was either R+C or HR.
I lied about it being this century... but not by much!
It''s in the November 1999 issue page 70, "Cameo Carrier"
is the title...
Glad I dug out those boxes... I aso found my November 73 issue with the California Kid and a weird looking Yellow '34 coop with a '37truck grill on the cover. It's the one where ya get to watch a bearded, long haired hippy named Jake chop the Yaller coupe.
and an August 70 issue with Dan Woods Ice truck on the cover.
And for some reason I have two copies of the one with the motor of the Purple People Eater on it?
The styling drawings are neat. There's one with a grill bar like the 55 first series and that new SST truck have with the headlights below the bar...way different...
