The timer between pm sucks

This 90 second delay limit between pm really sux. Do we have to do this? I usually have 3-4 pm's daily and it really sucks when you are trying to sell something.

We do until we upgrade in a week or two... That was put there to combat the pm spammers... and really, it's the only defense we have.
