I just signed up today and thought I would introduce myself real quick before I head out to the ik and iron festival.I have been a car guy since the day I was born, had no choice dad has got it bad for cars.We currently have a 29 buick roadster with a nailhead,a 40 nash fourdoor sedan,a 47 flletline,a 54 chevy p-up, a 55 chevy first series p-up that Dad just totaled for me how nice of him.The best car we have is a 29 buick Hearse yes boys and girls a hearse, dead sled, meatwagon etc.It has a 425 nailhead and has been almost done for about 30 years WoW that is procrastinating at a whole new level.Well I got cars to see, girls to wink at and beer to drink so see ya later

Thanks for the welcomes.I will try to get a picture or 2 up if I can figure out how to get the pictures out of my 110 camera and on to the computer.Having cars that have been in the family is a great thing. That hearse is the standing joke with the family and freinds, my dad has had that 95% done for over 30 years so we always tell him he better get his shit together before he has to ride in the back of the thing.

If you guys have not seen the cars Wil puts out they are cool as hell and true works of art.I was looking at a 32 roadster he had for sale but my father did not get over there fast enough and it got snagged by the guy across the street from Wils shop. Thanks for the welcomes and I will look for falcon parts in my neighborhood.

Hey
Thanks for the compliment.
Don't feel bad about missing the car, it went to a good home. I was giving a hand to a guy with his Bonneville race car across the street they were doing a show on. It just happened that the guy saw the roadster I was transporting tools in back in forth between shops in. Said he would like to have that car, and asked how much. I didn't even tell him it was for sale. He bought it on the spot. The guy was "Billy the Kid" Scott. One of the baddest FED drivers of all time. A lot of those crazy tire smoking wheel standing FED pics you have seen were him. He grew up at his dad's shop, might of heard of it, Scotty's Muffler. Crazy who you run across in this town.
