Stupid rocker panel question.

Hey guys, I've got a dumb question I hope someone will answer (without too much shame on my part).
My question is about the rocker panels on my '53 210. The place where the sill plates screw down, is that part of my inner or outer rocker panel? I would assume inner, but the pictures I've seen aren't real clear.
I would appreciate it if somebody could clear that up for me.

it's part of the door jamb to me.i always thought of rockers as the vertical part,inner or outer...

The floor overlaps the outer rocker under the sill plate. So, if you buy outer rockers it will cover part of that area. Inner rockers are underneath.
