Searching for members??

How do I search for a member? For instance if I want to search for member "speedway"? It doesn't appear that the search function searches for posts to include the members name.

Going into the member list and scrolling until you find the name is a nightmare........too many members to go through until you get to the page with the member listed your looking for.

When looking at the member list there is a search button at the top right of the list.
