Disc breaks on a 50 ford?????

I was just wondering about putting disc breaks on the front of my 50 ford?Is there a cheap way to do it without going and buying a fancy kit? (junkyard conversion)

not really a cheap way that i know of, either buy a kit, subframe it, or do a complete frame swap. I got an eci disc brake kit. It wasn't cheap, but was easy to put on. You can just buy the brackets from them and get the rotors, calipers and crap from wherever you want, it might come out a little cheaper that way, but probaly not enough to matter unless you can get a parts discount somewhere.
