Boy does Elp's truck look good out on the road. The fact it has Chevy power is just a plus.

metalshapes - Man, I was super bummed I didn't get to meet you, thank you in person, and steal a beer from someone else for you. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I did see you fly down Range Line late Friday night...and that's all I saw of the roadster. Damn, really wanted a close look to take notes for the next project too. What happened to all of you guys Saturday?

Yeah, I really wanted to meet you too...
ElP's Truck had MSD problems and got stranded at about the farthest point of the morning drive.
Me and 55 Safari met back up with them and the trash was on to get it running again.
Then MilesM and me took my Roadster to try and find parts, but it took a while to find a parts store that had some of the parts we needed.
What we brought back did not solve the problem...
So me and Miles went back to Joplin to get the COE.
By the time Miles had done that round trip, and put his own Race Car ( the Little One ) back on the COE it was way past dark.
We rushed to the Track but we started to see all the Hot Rods coming back in the oposite direction.
And then we heard that the racing was done for the night, the lights were out and the gates were locked...
On our way home to Az we went by the Track to see if we could crash somebody else's party, but the place was still deserted.
So we walked the 1/4 instead...
