View Full Version : Watch yer stuff, nosey bastards and sticky fingers
Came home tonight and found the hood of my 54 open. Someone was looking in there. The easy stuff on the top end is worth a bit, so I figure someone was scoping it out. I dont have the hood springs in and I think they decided it was too hard to fuck with it while the hood squashed them http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gifAll that old undercoating was good afterall! So I put the old bike lock back on!
Just a heads up, keep your guard up.

Take the lock off, modify the hood springs to where you have a man -size mousetrap. That'll stop em!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Good to meet you last weekend, enjoyed talking to you!

i always find the sound of a shotgun loading a great theft deterrant but the sound of it getting shot always works best. Sorry to hear about that T.

Very true but bike locks also help.
