I guess a proper introduction is long over due. I have posted here a few times but never really introduced myself so here it is.
My name is Rick and I live in Easton Massachusetts. I have a 60 Thunderbird that I have done a bunch of things to such as power steering upgrade, disc brakes, custom wiring, and a few small custom mods. Right now I am in the process of putting a 56 Ford dash in it which is coming along nicely. As you can see in the pictures. I just picked up a 49 Chevy four door (I know, a four door, but I got it for $2,500) and it’s a pretty solid, original car. The floors and trunk are even solid. It's tough to find a good solid car up in the northeast thats affordable. The plans for this one is first make it into a two door by following the example in Pir8Darryl’s video and chop it like DVZ. Or maybe just leave it a chopped four door. Haven’t decided yet.
