Of course you will.
But how much is it worth?
Why is it not running? If its because the blocks cracked? Well you can fix but its expensive to go through all of that. At webster we can get a non running block from Thomas for like 50-100 bucks. It just an unknown. Why you've found one? If its not locked up and there are no visable cracks you may go from 300-700 depending on how complete it is.

I paid $200 for a complete 59ab, I paid $500 for a complete 49 f-1. if you don't know the condition, consider the block cracked and be pleasantly surprised if it isn't. Now what would you pay for a bunch of flathead parts?

I'm looking at a 53 f100, and it has the original flatty but it doesn't run. I have no idea what's wrong with it to be honest. I just know I'm not looking to go broke trying to build a flathead when I've got a running 364 nailhead I can throw in there. Just trying to figure out what I'd do with the motor if I got the truck. If it isn't worth much I'd probably just keep it around, but if it was worth 4 or 5 bones it would definitely be sold.
Well don't send it towards that 4t64rd clown. If its not locked up you may be in luck. 4 bones is not bad if it could be made to run....give me a call.

I know where you can get a really clean 292 y-block for $100. If it's stuck and 1000 miles away 4T6 will buy it from you. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
