OT -computer problem

Anyone using Mozilla Firefox - I am having a problem with this site, only.

I know its not a problem with the site or my computer as I'm ok using AOL.

For the main page (Jalopy Journal) nothing shows above the current blog entry.

For the HAMB, nothing above the "Manage your account" line shows up.

No thumbnails (reg pics ok). No "Start a new thread" is shown (can't post), although the site recognizes me as signed in.

Did you have a similar poblem and how did you solve it. Thanks

I hope its ok posting this here, if not let me know.I use it and everything works for me. What operating system are you using im running it under MS Vista.

Why not just use the Internet Explorer browser???

It has some safety features and pop up blocking built in that I like, it has tabs that once i got use to I like and it popularity is up to 18% on personal computers running MS . I just tried it and I like it better after I got use to it

try closing out of mozilla
opening the site again and then pressing F5. F5 refreshes the page and can sometimes correct a problem that is on the site. If that doesn't work, go to tools>options>privacy>clear all private data.

Hope that was some help.

If that doesn't work I would reinstall Mozilla...it sometimes goes dormant for no apparent reason

so you are having problems with this site only? i use firefox too and that's an everyday thing...right now there are two threads that no matter what i do i cannot get into..clearing the cache and private data does nothing


i have come to the conclusion that is just the way this site is..come back tomorrow , the moon will rotate around our planet and it will be fine...but something else won't work

I also have ie installed but do not use it that often anymore use mozilla as default browser. considering most pc's have ie on them is got to be somthing that 18% would switch. i have one webpage that I go to that I use ie and at and I can't remember which it is but its not the hamb
