emergency: I need glass cut in sacramento Quick!

Hey Fellow hambers, are there any glass cutters out there in sacramento that could cut my windshield on my pardon the fowl language "volksrod"...I have to have it done for a show. It is flat glass. I will have the chop done wednesday next week, I have the glass just need it recut. Please help a brother out. Sorry i posted it here i just need to get maximum exposure so I can get it done. All the shops around town want to bend me over, thought maybe I could get a better deal here. Thanks in advance...

I have made a policy in the past of never, ever replying to VW posts, but I guess you caught me on an off day.

If you can't afford/don't have time to get the glass cut for the show you're trying to make, why not just cut your own lexan/plexi-glass?

I've known guys who did just that as a temporary fix on chopped cars and ended up running it for years.

At the very least it would be a cheap and easy way to make the show with your car.

Thats my back up plan. I all ready have it priced,$24.00 for the peice of lexan, but if I could get my glass cut for $50-60 id rather do that and be legal.
