You'll want to use the "Image" button under "Instant UBB Code" on the first message edit page, not the "attach a file" checkbox at the bottom.

1) Hit the reply button
2) Hit the "Image" button to the right of the Graemlins
3) Paste the Starphoto URL in the pop up window
4) Hit the OK button and finish the post

in starphoto open the picture to full size then right click properties and copy from the htp to jpg
