Its a truck (duh http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif ) with a helicoper jet motor in it...it was on the Hot Rod Power Tour this year. It was a real crowd*** pleaser

***you know the type or crowd that shows up to car shows who know nothing about cars and let kids climb on running boards and such...those were the type of people I saw who called it "BAD ASS" and whatnot...end of definition for crowd http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The power to weight ratio of jet/turbine engines can't be matched...

...having said that, it's not very traditional except Chrysler had a turbine powered car in the '50s I think...

Chrysler built theirs in the early 60s...provided the sound effects for the TV Batmobile!

I said not very traditional, didn't say I didn't like the idea - I'm into planes, so - very kewl! Curious what kind of reduction ratio there is - same with the boat for that matter...amazing stuff!
