My wife was cleaning out the closet for a garage sale this weekend and found some old pictures I drew. Most are from high school or a little later. I'd always draw during class but haven't in along time. Don't have the time and never thought I was very good. The wife said to post a few so here they are. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Truely some pinstripe mastery going on here! OOOOooohhhh it makes me feel like such an amateur (which I am). It also fires me up to stripe some more....Man you guys are smokin'.
I really dig the high school drawings too. Those are so neat to look at.
They look great too!
Here's one that I made for the L'ville show. I don't think I've shown it before...
Its kinda iffy, cause I was looking at a drawing by another artist as I painted the car. Basically I copied the car....I did it freehand, but its pretty close to the original....maybe too close?
Anyhow here it is. "Beware the Purple People Eater".

Here's a couple of models out of my collection. The blue Ranchero is an original issue, I built way back. The Aqua Ranchero is one of the re-releases from a few years back, still a bit to do to this one under the hood and on the chassis. Actually this is sitting on a modified Revell Thunderbolt chassis! Geoff aka Whodaky
Whoops ,forgot to say this. Tingler V, I was never into the monster art stuff. But I must say I do like your style, it is a lot more detailed; very cool stuff.

Just a couple of things tonight.Things have been really chaotic this week:My oldest son got married(again)Wednesday and they're having a big party tomorrow so we've been doing that all week.My youngest son's fiancee's brother got killed day before yesterday(long story),my brother-in-law and his wife came up from Tennessee for the WDC and they just left, the house is still mostly in the garage(the floors are in but the painting isn't done),and I'm considering temporary insanity for awhile.Anyway here's a glass vase my wife bought at a yard sale awhile ago that I purloined to stripe. Also a possible design for my new business cards(almost out of the old and I'm changing my phone number).
