So i put a mustang front end in my truck and i am still running the Leafs in the rear. I called Air Ride Tech... and they want 475.00$ for the front bags, and 225.00 for the rear bags. And then they said they have a controller for them with all the lines and tanks and solonoids and that is 1100.00. So what i am wondering is if there is a cheaper way to do all this and if any of you know how. THanks for all your help.

Yea, buy them from anyone else other than Airride. They are the most expensive airride that you can buy. I'm about the bad the '61 LeSabre. The same guy that helped me on my dekivery is doing this one. I bought a complete kit from Airride, the same one your looking at matter of fact(must.II w/Air Over Leaf kit in back) and shipping an all put it around 1300.00. My buddy does airride all the time and can peice me a kit together out of BETTER stuff for about half that price. You see, the airride kits all come eith 1/4" lines and fittings and manual valves, this makes for an VERY slow set up. Look around. See what else you can find some a place that sell's parts seperatly. You'll get a better kit for a lot less if you just look aro9und and make sure your getting good stuff. Anf you'll be much happier in the end because your not waiting 15 or 20 seconds for your truck to raise up.

i've been doin airride setups for years. mostly build all the hardware myself from scratch (more often than bolt on kits anyway). i am also a dealer for Airlift. i've often run a HAMBer special for the "4 path crafter pack" for $1000. you get EVERYTHING you need except the mounts themselves. it is a universal kit. you get 4 bags w/ 1/2" ports, all 1/2" lines and fittings, 5 gal tank, %100 duty cycle electric compressor (12 volt), 8 10mm electric selinoid valves 2 dual needle gauge clusters with switches and all your wires, pressure switch and detailed instructions. it has a warrenty too. i can give you tips on installing and building your mounts if you decide to buy it.
what the "4 path" means is that you have individual control of each bag. it is adjustable for front, back and side to side. the ig benefit is that you don't get air transfer from one side to the other (and therefor body roll) when going into a corner. it goes up and down quick, but not stupid quick to where your bouncing your head off the ceiling.
check out my post in the Tech-O-Matic section on Airride...
