A little Spam O'la as it were.

For those who like to read about hot rods you may find this one interesting.

Available about mid-September you can do a pre-order at Amazon right now.

The discounted price is $20.37.

The book is an anthology about hot rods and back in the day.

I was one of several authors who were requested to write a chapter so there should be a wide spread of experiences and 'takes' on the hot rod game.

I'd tell you more, but that's all I know right now.
My copies won't be in hand for a couple of weeks.
(Provided the mail ever catches up to me.)

Ya know . . . I'm not exactly sure.... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

On the road between Visalia, California, Kingman, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Started out to be a move to Kingman, seller backed out at the very last minute leaving us with a commercial moving truck full of house stuff and nowhere to go.

Ended up with the furniture in storage in Kingman, roadsters in Las Vegas, some stuff still in Visalia and a few small things in the Southland.

Just marking time here in Las Vegas until escrow closes on the new house.

And those are just the highlights.
Along with a bit of an education in dealing with some less than honorable people.

Long story that needs to be told over a beer or three.... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

We should be settled in and squared away - house wise anyway - by the end of September and the shop going a few weeks after.

Then it's back to a couple of books that are on the back burner. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
