ebay build plans - 4 Link Suspension System Plans

Anybody on here buy these 4 Link Suspension System Plans (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=10076&item=2487490 187) on Epay? Are they any good? Are they specific to a particular vehicle(s)? Or should I just not waste my hard earned $9.99.

Isn't the Chassis Engineering catalog pretty informative for 4 link set ups? It's been a while and i cant really remember.

I bought a set. They aren't for any specific car, but seem more geared towards a pro-steet Nova(etc.) than a rod. It also gives little info on how to make the pieces, and where to find the stuff to make it out of. I think it would be cheaper/easier to go with a store bought set-up, than trying to build these ones.
