What's the deal with Photo Bucket?

On a lot of posts I don't see the pics. It says photo bucket this photo has expired or moved. Do I have to be registered with photo bucket to see the images or do they really just expire. I'm sure it's a stupid question, thanks in advance. -Joel

You do not have to be registered to see them. If you see the photobucket splash instead of a pic the user has moved the pic since posted so the pic link is no longer valid or the user has exceeded their bandwidth (assuming there is a bw restriction)
