These are late models ...But we aready own a 95 roadmaster wagon. It got 145K on the clock and is getting a little tired. My neighbors Dad just bought a new Jag sedan and pulls into her driveway in his old car cause the Jag dealer would'nt even take his car in trade! Anyway it's a 93 roadmaster wagon with only 86K on the clock and it's got all the options.I gave him $2,700 for it. Now I can redo the 95 and have a draggin wagon. I'm stoked! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gifAny ideas?

Hire out hauling dead people??
Shave it, bag it, get rid of any woodgrain it may have, paint it SHINY black and replace the three shields in the grill with a chrome ANCHOR!
Yes I'm serious. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Chuck Fish,
Good score.
I've been trying to talk the ball&chain into a B-body wagon, but alas its a no go. I've had several of the B-body sedans starting with a '91 and the one we have now is a DGGM '94 with leather and optioned out. Nice Montana road car, with the new gears and a bryan herter reprom under the hood she tops 137mph - not bad for a turd that weighs 4400lbs.

Leave the outside as is and drop in a 502 with a Whipple Charger.http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Now THAT would surprise a few people! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif
I just inherited a 1990 Country Squire, off white with the wood grain sides. The car only has 77,000 miles on it plus it was garage kept all of it's life, so it is almost like new. It has an EFI equipped 5.0 with an AOD, leather seats, power everything. I drove it home from the Sacramento area (Eldorado Hills) on Saturday. It sure was nice blasitng accross the desert at 80 mph in the heat of the day with the AC keeping me cool. A lot different from baking my melon at 65-70mph and constantly eyeing the temp guage in one of my heaps. Before this I didn't own anything newer than 1964, so it feels strang to be driving such a non-descript vehicle.

Oh! Don't get rid of the woodgrain! That's part of the cheesy charm of station wagons. Everyone knows it's fake and adds nothing to the structure of the vehicle, but it looks SO right on a station wagon! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I dove my '84 Olds Custom Cruiser to work today. It looks so out of place amongst all the yuppie stuff in the parking lot. Especially since the silver paint is so oxidized that rust is coming through and the fake wood looks like it has dry rot and termites! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What ever you do don't paint it flat black and try and pass it off as Old Skool.
I hate to admit it but the Dr pegged it. All except I don't understand the anchor thing. What's up with that doc?

I like all wagons but the 93 and new are classic styles. Adapter great to airbags and bigger wheels..
Here are three examples (wild, mild and basically stock)
