Got a new ride to tinker with. Those of you that may remember(care?) the drama about me getting a bank loan...
I used the money to buy a 1930 model A tudor sedan. it's powered by a 2.3 4 popper.

The 58 has been horse traded for the 30. Hopefully the 30 is a little more within my abilities to turn wrenches on.

Needs nothing right now but it's not exactly the way I would like it.

Gonna pull the fenders off and look into a 4" chop.

...and possibly paint

Hell it looks good like it is... I even like the color. Maybe try it without the fenders, but the paint and everything looks real good, maybe wait on the chop and just enjoy driving it...

Wow, I agree with the crew!
Don't touch that car. What a clean looking hot rod.
Great find you have there.

Man poeple would die for a sweet looking Sedan like that. Makes me want to build my pops. How much did this set you back? Do you have any shots of the motor?

Nice machine. Good stance and I dig the front nerf bar.

and enjoy. If you need to tinker buy an unfinished project.

The only thing I would do to that car is put gas in it and drive the hell out of of it! Damn. Every one's got the new car bug these days. Looks nice. Gas n' go. I'm with the masses...cut up something else.

You're going to screw it up if you try to mess with something that looks that cool already. I don't like the wheel color - and maybe the tires could be sized better, but other than that it is the cat's meow as it sits...

Wow man, your other car was nice but that thing is awsome!

Just drive it as is. You should cruise to the Fun Run this coming weekend down here in Calgary. It would be awsome to see that thing in person!

Let me see if I got this right. You had a ’58 something but not the ability to work on it, took out a loan and bought this running driving nice looking Model A and your talking about taking it apart. Don’t know what the drama was on getting the loan but if there was some I would think twice about tearing something down I may need to repay that drama filled loan with. I agree with HRP, drive it and pick up something dirt cheap to experiment on. Looks nice in the pictures

Needs a V8. Leave it alone besides that. If you want to practice bodywork, find another Tudor to hack to pieces, it's tough to find clean unmolested As like that.
