Hey! From Gilbert,AZ. My name is Keith. I'm 51. Just a grown up kid. I learned about the H.A.M.B. from a friend of mine in the local Falcon Club. I grew up around hot rods and muscle cars. The first engine I ever built was a 24 stud Ford flathead. Hand lapping valves is an experience every motorhead should have. Had some serious weenie arm after torqueing the heads. The "Flattie" wound up in a '36 Ford fordor sedan. My Pop had some pretty cool rides in his day, '36 Ford Five window coupe, '50 Ford Convertible (Buick Century side trim, chrome dash, lakers, wide whites, smoothed, nosed, and decked). She was 2 cigarette packs high. He also had a '57 Ford Custom 300, '60 Starliner, and a '63 1/2 Galaxie 500. Dad and I built some cars together. Mostly 60's Fords. My Dad has passed on. With the help of the H.A.M.B. I hope to build something cool to represent my Dad. By the way... In the 50's my Dad was in a San Jose, CA car club called the "PANDRAGGERS". I have his club plaque from those days. I fly it today on his '65 Ranchero.

Hi There,
I have a question. A good friend of ours has a 63 Galaxie convertable. Some clown backed into his car over the weekend and smunched up the driver side rear quarter, (of course he didn't leave any kind of note, our Friend was working the car show). While the metal is fixable, the lower chrome spear isn't. He needs a new one, you wouldn't "happen" to have one would you?
Please send me a private note letting me know one way or the other, if you do have one, I will contact you with our friends phone #.
I am sure you know what the car looks like, but I am sending you a picture of a car the same year as his, his car is a convertable, like the one here, he is needing the lower chrome spear going from the door to the tail light on the driver's side.
I really appreciate your time.
Carrie
