80 x 80 Icon

How come I can't get a new icon to upload? It's smaller than 80x80 and it's less than 1K

It's loading fine, it's visible on this end.
My old 80 x 80 pic dropped off the HAMB server or something last week, so I ended up using one placed at STARPHOTO or my own site. If you store the pic at another site, you don't have to stay under the 1k restriction.
