P-38 tanks are 3 feet in diameter at the widest and are 13 feet long. Also they are rivited together, not pinch welded.
I have an F85 tank, or so I think. Its like two thirds scale, perfect for a four banger project....

does anyone have a picture of the attaching point on the p-38 tanks(to the wing)...also what tank would be the same size but have a pinch welded seam not a riveted seam?..about 13.5 feet long and about 3 foot diameter?
thanks
