The Thrash is on!!

Time has gotten away from me and I now have week to get the coupe ready for the drags. Shot a coat of primer on it today and it really shows how much work I have left to do on the body but thatll have to wait till this winter.

Visor has been good enuff to come over this next week and help a brutha out. Gonna work on getting it wired up tonight and tommorrow. Lots of little loose ends to tie up but you can bet Ill be at the drags.

DAY 2... Got up this morning and hit the garage at 8:00am. Decided that before I put the dash in I better squirt a little color on it. I had some Nason single stage black, and HOK Kandy Tangerine. So I flipped a coin and the HOK won. After squirting the base, and the candy I had to make yet another decision...to flake or not to flake. After some long soul searching and a visit to the local voo doo woman the decision was made. FLAKE IT!! Then I turned my attention on the grill shell the only part of the body that was ready for final paint. My shitty little camera doesnt do it justice but the flake is in there. This is my first attempt at shooting paint of this type let alone laying flake, so here it is. I know the dash might be a little busy for some but thats the way it is.
