How many are current?

I was looking for a member by going through the member search an noticed a lot of people had signed up and never returned,,,,

Like the time they signed up was the last time they were on line,,,some go back several years,, using member #3504 as an example.

I am aware that some folks don't post much and I get that,,,

We calculate current to = users that have logged in the last 30 days. I believe right now that number is close to 30k. That said only 20% of our traffic is even registered.

I believe that wholeheartly. You would be shocked on how many people walk up to me at events and introduce themselves. When I ask them what their screen name is they say they don't have one, they just lurk. I hear this over and over again. I do try to encourage them to participate.

For instance, 6 guys with the Scorpion "team" and only two, Bobby (wbrw32) and Don (DWRfab) are registered, the other 4 lurk. I could go on and on with examples like this.
