48 chevy windshield divider repair

I am restoring a 1948 Chevy coupe and the prior owner had removed the windshield and inner and outer mouldings. The divider strip is in need of repair. One of the studs is missing and the bar is rust damaged. Anyone familar with a 48 chevy that can advise me on the correct repair and where to obtain the studs? Thanks
