I machined some 1/4" thick spacers on a lathe for my dad. I used 1-3/4" solid round and cut off two 1/4" thick slices.
You could use 1/4" plate. Use a holesaw to cut out two washers with the correct outside diameter to match the wishbone and axle ( I think I ended up at 1-5/8"?), then drill the center to the correct size for the perch.

I was going to use an aftermarket bottom shock bracket with a little modification.

If anyone you know has a lathe it's a 10 minute job to turn a couple of spacers.

A pair of 3/4 AN washers on each side is easy way, small outer diameter and the
3/4" hole fits the 11/16" perch bolt OK.
