radiator overflow tube and the motor is not overheating.I changed the head gasket and I looked in the radiator with the motor running and no bubbles. The oil looks clean and the motor is still being broken in after a rebuild. The water jackets were cleaned out.I have a 4 pound rad. cap.Do I need a higher pressure cap or what? Thanks for any thoughts,Bill

If you just filled the radiator, it will usually dump water for a little while and then stop. Totally normal. 4# cap should be right.
yeah no more than a #4 cap and they wont run full... mine runs normal around 3" low in the top give or take. I fill it let it puke a little and it gets to a "normal" operating level.
