I asked the same thing last week... didn't get any replies. Hope this thread yields better results.

You'll probably be able to find me around the model contest table off and on. I know a few of the local rides, and I'll try to stop in and say, "Hi," to Zibo and friends.

Look for the odd-ball. No cuffs in my jeans or grease in my hair... but diggin' this stuff all the same.

i'll be there for sure. if i have enough gas money i'll take the ranchero, if not i'll steal the plymouth for the day. Snacky is coming in his cadillac on gold daytons, donnie is coming out in his metalflaked mini-truck. i saw ZOMBIE at hrr last week and he was so excited about the event he went out and bought a new cherry dress. SAVAGE is going, but is worried his new book wont be availible that soon. hes emailing rolls and pleats & ck deluxe to see if they want coverage of him driving the coupe to the fairgrounds. Zebos taking the rpu out there just as soon as he gets all the fuzz cleaned off it and the new fox tail attached. TV and HOTRODVON are possibly coming up, but the way keven drives they will probably overshoot the offramp for ventura and end up in paso.

Hey Ricky.. I think I know the shop. Isn't it full of a bunch of obsolete car crap that they should just give to me to scrap? Heh heh. Zibo, I haven't been in your shop since I stopped in with Nick after Paso 2002. Saw your truck at Channel Islands Marina a couple of weeks back... lookin' SWEET!

I might try to come down in my fagura since all my cars are on jack stands or collecting rust in front of the house. This might be a chance to get some more motivation and besides Ventura is a pretty cool place.

Anybody interested in cruising to the roof of the parking structure on Santa Clara in "Historic Downtown Ventura" for a pic of the HAMB attendees after the show (say, around 3:30?) Was thinking that open pipes would sound pretty good in the parking structure and a shot from the roof with the islands or the mountains in the background might be a cool shot... and it's right around the corner from Zibo's shop...

I will post shit when I'm back. I think I may stay another week here and go to South Italy. I have to see. Funds are getting low but if Ricky keeps promoting my books I can afford it... A
