who punches louvers in mid Missouri and can you

punch your own with a large press.I can use a air over hydraulic press,Could i just mke a die for the one job.Anybody have any tech on how to do louvers?

Depending on the press,and your die making abilities,yes it will work.
I made some Louver dies at the last place I worked.
