hello everyone... i am Don.. i am new on here and i was just wondering if anyone has any idea where i could find an old hearse to buy..... i know they are out there ..i just have not been successful in finding one ...i would really appreiciate all info... thanks Don

Hi Don this is John from Kansas .... Im restoring a 36 reo and just joined this link .. hearse ??? yes Don I know wher a old Packard hearse in about 10 miles from me. its all original to my knowlege .. This guy has about 20 cars and only one is a hearse. I sometimes see him at this location and if your intrested i will get more details.. I dont know what he wants for it ??? Hes usually not real cheap but who knows ha!! take care Don John Kansas

Chopperdon, I'm in Jacksonville, Fl. We have a few hearse owners here and there in FL, but the best places to look are online.
www.cwcoach.com has a lot of old steel not listed on their site, but I doubt you'll find a Packard.
The Professional Car Society has a free forum, but they frown on modifieds, let alone rods & customs. They met in Daytona a few years ago, and there were 3 Packards there.
There's always ebay & craigslist.
Hearses are pretty rare, you might want to think about not limiting the choice to one make.
