McFly

Hello...My name is Jared and I am Hambaholic. I guess its about time I post an intro. I'm 26 years old and been into cars my whole life. I am buddies with Kustom55 who turned me on to this place about 2 and half years ago...I've been lurkin ever since. My first car was a 1953 chevy that my Dad and brother helped me build. I have so many fond memories building that car with them..alot of good times in the garage. I recently got bored and sold it off...to obtain the ride of my dreams, a 28 roadster! I am really stoked and can't wait to get this out to the nostalgic drags or just plain cruisin around. There is truly nothing better than an open car. I live in Fullerton...anyone around those parts? I will most likely do alot more lurkin than posting....I have learned so much from this place...big thanks to Ryan for creating a place were we can all hang out. I will try to post a pic.

McFly!!!!! You came out of the woods! How is Ca treating you? You know so much about the HAMB and we use to waste so much company time talking about it, you know what to expect. Glad to see ya on here and post some pix of your old 53 if you can. Welcome again!

I went to Cal State Fullerton and lived in the area for several years. I'm in Redondo Beach now, but get out to OC (brother lives in Tustin) every other weekend or so.
Welcome
Welcome out of the shadows. I figure if you've been lurking for that long you know the drill. Excellent intro, excellent car....

WOW http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif! Almost three years as a lurker and now you step out of the shadows. You have a lot of patience, my friend. Can I welcome you here if you've been here longer than me? Something seems backwards about that. Anyway, great to have you here and nice ride too!

Hey welcome McFly, I might be imagining things but was that 53 Chevy up for sale on Ebay about 6 months ago or so? If it is I liked the steering wheel so much I download the pic so I could try and get one like it.
