:rolleyes:Don't you hate it when time slips away from you and you realize you forgot to put on your pants before leaving the house AND post your welcome message to the HAMB?
Hi, I am Debra Blue. Many of you know my husband Lux (I still call him Arlo). He is a car fanatic, I just have a fondness for early 60's cars and some other random vehicles. I own the following: 1963 Bel Air, 1964 Starfire (which he claims as his own, but it was purchased for me), my grandfather's old Forestry Service truck: 1938 Ford 1.5 ton, and well, I admit it, a 1992 Bronco ("Nite" package).
We started working on the Starfire together about 5 years ago, but realized that he is not used to teaching chicks and I really don't take direction from him well. We dropped the project for a while, then found a Bel Air that needed much less work. Needless to say, we have finally figured out how to work together and I could not be happier about it.
We have been working on the Bell for about 7 months now. Looks like I will be driving her to the Lonestar Roundup this year. She'll be prettier next year , I promise ;)
