Check out your state/city. Start calling before you make any special trips to them. There are some in places that I've lived that I've never heard of, so some of them might be bogus or crap.

Most of them are a little farther inland. Especially due to the wetlands on the coast. There are a few up here around Raleigh. Anything you're looking for in particular.

not a whole lot in the wilm area that i found in the year i lived there a few years back. theres little hit and miss stuff all around nc but wilm as stated because of wetlands and whatnot is not the best. there used to be a place in leland that had a little old stuff but most of it was heavily picked and headed to the crusher years ago. there was a good bit of stuff between g'ville and wilm(kinston area) years ago but it was all trashed by the floods for the most part. i still cringe when i think of the nice '59 impala i tried to buy from a guy there that was left to sit and be ruined by pigshit infested waters. richards up in denton has a buch of stuff pricey at times not at times. again what are you looking for? car? parts? both? i live in the hickory area but still visit wilm a few times a year. gotta get back down soon as i haven't had a flaming amy's burrito in much to long...ken....
