Just put a 49' Ford together. 300HP 289, toploader 4spd,8"rear. 11.5 to 1 compression. Its a beast as it is. We have our own ideas on the sickest flame throwes ever. But always open to suggestions. Reliable or semi-reliable or tolerably safe? Fire away Boys!!!!!!!!!!!! [ QUOTE ]

my vote goes to midgets hiding in the trunk with bic ligters and squirt guns filled with gasoline...but that's just me....
there is a GOOD and lengthy post about this a few pages back..good luck with the flames.

I thought the midget idea was good. There is a carnival in town. But they made the car smell like cabbage. and they are not very good shots. I think we may try some type of pump instead. I do know some Marines, maybe we can get an old surplus flame thrower. Think well still need a midget in the trunk to throw the switch? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
