does anyone know what to use to blast an intake with? sand is to damaging. also any home fab tips on making 3 duece linkage?

What he said. I get mine from an air compressor store and supply house. Cheaper than Tip or Eastwood.

Yeah, they work in a standard cabinet if you can fit the intake in there ok. A pontiac intake is kinda big to fit into my kid's cabinet and I missed a few spots I couldn't reach...observe

I use glass beads I buy from Harbor freight.

i have access to a cabinet that would probably fit a large intake like a 455 or something. i can just change out the sand to glass beads then, huh? what about walnut shells?

Affirmative-glass beads.
Works in a regular blast cabinet, got mine from the HF guys.

sorry jp, don't mean to hijack the post, but what pressure do you guys use with glass bead? my compressor will maintain 90-100 psi when i sandblast. won't that pulverize the bead?
