I will be stopping by Costco on the way home from work tomorrow to pick up a spindle of blank DVDs, they run $1 each. As soon as I get a cost on mailing I'll know the total but it shouldn't be too much. May take awhile to get them all copied but I should be able to get them out this week...

WOW, I didn't expect this level of interest. I've gotten over 50 requests in the last 24 hrs. I stopped by the local Best Buy and bought two new Plextor 712 DVD burners for the PC, the setup on my entertainment unit would have taken forever. I am burning 50 copies and will send out the first batch tomorrow to the guys who have already sent me their addresses. As for cost, I have $1 each in the blanks, $1 each in the mailers and cases, and expect to spend about $1.50 or so each for postage. Except for the guys who are outside the continental US, the cost should stay under $4.00, I'll know for sure tomorrow after I drop the first dozen off at the post office....

Since Charlie actually went out to buy a new DVD burner so that he could make copies for all of us losers, may I suggest throwing in an extra buck or two. That will help him offset the additional cost and trouble.

As for me, I'll be kicking it Olde Style and putting some gennie US currency in an envelope and mailing it to Charlie. They say you shouldn't put cash in the mail, but I'm an outlaw and laugh at what "They" say.

OK, here's the skinny...
I just shipped out the first batch of 12 (to those who gave me their addresses up front) and they cost $0.83 each to mail. That means that the cost for materials and mailing for continental US folks will be $3.00. I got a price from the Post Office for Canada ($2.30 USD), UK ($2.40 USD), and France ($2.40 USD). I made 12 copies last night and will probably make another 25 tonight. When I get home this evening I will contact everyone who got their mailing today so that they can send payment.

I have gotten a number of requests for the DVD over the past few days...the recent requests are relevant because I have been in the process of upgrading my PC and haven't been able to burn any more copies while my PC has been apart.
