Need info on 57 Chevy Brakes

Can anyone tell me what other year backing plates and drums will interchange with 57 Chevy?

5-6-7 backing plates front and rear will all fit, as should the drums. Not sure but on the rears, up to 64 should be the same.

Correct...any full size Chevy rears up to '64 will work. And if you're looking for roller bearings, instead of the stock ball bearings...Nova's, '64 vintage will work...ball bearings suck!!!

55-70 FS DRUM front hubs use the very same bearings sold by CCi,front drums will fit same , rear drums to 69 FS are the same as well,rear shoes from 55-68 full size are the same as tri five chevys on all 4 corners, I know,I have the whole setup on my 57 gasser.

Thanks guys. Yes Sam I am looking for them for the Digger. I will building a new engine this winter and want to change some of the stuff that is wrong so the chassis will cert. GG's has eliminated all open bodied cars from the Hotrod class so I have to step up to at least the NE3 (9.60) class but think we have a shot at the NE2 (8.60) class with the engine ideas that are being tossed around.
