Ive heard that an s10 frame clip will work on my 49 ford sedan, but which body style the new or old body style s10?

The S-10 clip works great;it is narrow enough you can go low and not screw up your fenders.I staggered mine,putting the clip higher,which really made me low and I can still cut springs or use dropped spindles.
