Right click on the picture.
Scroll down and open -properties-.
Highlight and save/copy URL address.
Go to your profile and paste URL address.

If you shrink it down enough that the HAMB serever will accept it, it will look like it does.

However, if you post the pic elsewhere and link to it, it will appear clearer because you are not killing the resolution to get the file size down.
