Hi.
been lurking around here for a week or two, thought I better step out of the darkness.
My name is Gene.
I live in Freeport IL.
I run a small welding shop here in Freeport.
I'm married (for 28 years). We have a daughter (also married) and a son that is 22.
We are into hot rods. My wife owns a 54 Dodge pickup with a cross torsion bar clip. It was home built and is driven 10,000 miles each summer. It's painted teal blue Farm and Fleet paint. I have a 50 Dodge pickup that is built on an 80 Dodge 4x4 frame. I just got the 50 roadworthy this past June. the 50 is in red primer with blue edging (new weatherstripping), someday it may get the rest of the blue paint Our son has a 47 Plymouth. it has a 360 4bbl, auto with a suregrip 3:55 gear 8 3/4. The 47 is semi gloss black with grey primmer roof and moon discs.
I get long winded and can't spell. If I can figure it out I can post pictures of the two trucks. I'll have to get one of our son's 47.
