I'm wondering if I should chamfer the oil holes on my crank as long as it's out. Mopar Flat 6's weren't exactlly known for their stellar rod oiling, and I'm wondering if this would help any? What's the best way to do it? Should I even bother? Thanks.

I have it done at the machine shop while it's being turned/polished.

Do it. Gives more hole for the oil to come out of, and easier, and less sharp 'wiper' edge to scrape the oil back up. Make sure you polish the edges off with some real fine emery and oil.
